2. The website is informational

This website is provided for general information and to help you enquire about Tata vehicles and our services. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, quotation, warranty or binding contract, and no contract of sale arises until confirmed in writing at our showroom.

3. Prices, specifications & images

Prices shown are indicative starting ex-showroom figures sourced from Tata Motors and are subject to change at the manufacturer’s discretion. Actual ex-showroom and on-road prices vary by city, variant, colour and prevailing offers, and are confirmed only at the showroom. Vehicle names, features, specifications, colours and images are indicative, may vary by variant and model year, and are shown for representation only. Availability is subject to stock, and Tata Motors may add, change or discontinue models and variants at any time.

4. Enquiry & booking tools

Enquiry forms, the EMI calculator, service-booking, valuation and callback tools help you contact the right desk. Any figures they produce (including EMI estimates) are indicative only and do not constitute a financial offer, valuation or confirmed appointment. Finance and insurance are subject to approval by the relevant bank, NBFC or insurer on their own terms. Submitting an enquiry or a “booking” request is a request to be contacted, not a confirmed booking or sale.

“Tata”, “Tata Motors” and all model, variant and related names, logos and images are trademarks and copyright of Tata Motors Limited, used here solely for dealership identification. The design, layout, text and other original content of this website are owned by NIBIR MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED and its website developer, Aegibit Global Consulting, and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without permission.
